We offer a range of consultancy, coaching and training services. We are enormously experienced in providing high-quality organisation consultancy, where we can assist with the development of strategy, systems, structure and culture. We like to support our consultancy work with coaching and training services, and we normally recommend a broad and coordinated approach to change. But we differentiate ourselves in developing how you think, feel, behave and perform.
We ensure that all of our work is in line with the strategic objectives of your organisation. We can help you steer and develop the culture of the organisation – the way that it thinks, feels and acts. We can help you develop strategic goals, and plans for their delivery, or help you to edit those that you already have.
We differentiate ourselves from our competitors in terms of our key services – for example the ‘five-sided approach to change’, our projects centred around empathy and its link to performance ‘intersubjective capabilities and organisation performance’, exploring hidden influences in client organisations, and working on team dynamics and role consultancy – the quality of our interventions, the maturity, knowledge, skills, and experience that we bring to our interventions, and the ‘values’ at the core of our work.
We take a long-term view to our work, typically preferring five-year time horizons, although the majority of the work might be done in the first months, year or so, and we are happy to have our performance measured over this timeframe. We like to form ‘developmental partnerships’ so that tangible change and long-term success can best be secured.
